"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men." 1 Corinthians 3:13-14 KJV + Colossians 3:23-24 KJV
Good Morning Agape Family,
God woke you up today with an eternity filter. We are busy building many things — careers, houses, platforms, reputations. But Heaven is asking one question: Will it survive the fire? Only what we do for Jesus will count for eternity.
EVERY MAN'S WORK SHALL BE MADE MANIFEST — phaneros (revealed) 1 Corinthians 3:13 - phaneros means to be made visible, open, known. There is a Day coming when God will pull back the curtain on our motives, not just our moves. People saw what you did, but God saw WHY you did it. Ministry for applause burns. Service for Jesus abides. Today, check your why.
REVEALED BY FIRE —pur (the fire tests the sort, not just the size) The fire doesn't test how BIG your work was, it tests what SORT it was — what kind. Wood, hay, stubble — impressive but combustible. Gold, silver, precious stones — small but eternal. God is not impressed by viral, He is impressed by faithful. A cup of water given in Jesus' name outlasts a skyscraper built for self.
HE SHALL RECEIVE A REWARD — Heaven keeps records and God is a rewarder — misthos (wages, pay, recompense) Heaven is not just watching, Heaven is recording. Matthew 6:4 says your Father which seeth in secret Himself shall reward thee openly. Nothing done for Jesus is wasted. The prayer you prayed no one heard, the dollar you sowed when it hurt, the forgiveness you gave when it wasn't deserved — Heaven wrote it down.
DO IT HEARTILY AS TO THE LORD — ek psuches (from the soul, not from the surface) Colossians 3:23 - This is how you make earthly work count eternally: do it FOR Jesus, not just WITH Jesus. Teach that class for Jesus. Drive that bus for Jesus. Cook that meal for Jesus. When your work becomes worship, your job becomes an altar, and your life becomes eternal.
Prophetic Word For You Today
The Lord says, 'My child, I saw what you did when no one clapped. I saw the night you chose integrity over income, love over being right, prayer over sleep. You thought it was small, but I call it eternal. I am not measuring your platform, I am measuring your faithfulness. On that Day, you will not regret what you did for Me. So do it again today — love hard, serve quietly, give cheerfully. I am keeping the books, and I never forget a seed sown for My Son.'
Today’s Declaration
Today I declare: I live for eternity, not applause! I do everything as unto the Lord. My work, my love, my giving, my serving — it is for Jesus. And because it is for Jesus, it will last forever! Only what I do for Christ will last!
I love you, I’m praying for you.
