Your Story Is Not Over Yet
"For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease." Job 14:7 KJV
Family, being cut down is not the end of your story. In God, a cutting is often a pruning. You may have lost branches, seasons, and people, but your root is still alive in Christ. If there is still root, there will be sprout again. God is not finished writing your story.
4 Keys That Pop - There Is Still Root, There Will Be Sprout
For There is Hope
God says — Stop calling it over. Even when it looks finished, there is still hope. Hope is the root system you cannot see. While others saw a stump, God saw a future. You are not hopeless, you are rooted.
If It Be Cut Down
You were cut, but you were not cut off. The cutting was real — the disappointment, the setback, the loss — but it did not kill your purpose. God allowed the cut to expose what is alive in you. What was cut was only what could not go into your next season.
That It Will Sprout Again
Same root, new sprout. I am causing you to bud again in the very place you were cut. Your joy will sprout again, your strength will sprout again, your vision will sprout again. This is your again season.
The Tender Branch Thereof Will Not Cease
Your tender branch will not cease. God says, I am not giving you a dry, old branch, I am giving you a tender one. It will not cease; it will not be cut short. What I am doing next will last and it will flourish.
Prophetic Word For You Today
Thus saith the Lord — I saw you when you thought your story was over and I have not closed your book. Says God, 'You thought the cut was the conclusion, but I tell you this day it was the setup for your sprouting. I allowed what was dead to be cut away because I am preserving what is alive in you. You wept over branches that had to fall, but I am causing you to sprout again right where you were cut. That disappointment, that delay, that loss did not cancel your purpose, it cleared the way for it. You shall come forth again, tender and thriving. Your latter end shall greatly increase, for I the Lord will cause your branch not to cease. Your story is not over yet, I am writing your again.'
Today’s Declaration
Say this out loud: Today, I declare my story is not over yet! My root is still alive in Christ. Though I was cut down, I will sprout again. I refuse to bury what God is about to bud. I declare my tender branch will not cease. I am coming again with fresh joy, fresh strength, and fresh vision. I am rooted, I am sprouting, and I am not finished. In Jesus Name, Amen!
I love you, I'm praying for you — Don't stay at the stump staring at what was cut. Water your root with the Word. God is causing you to sprout again right where you were cut.
