Keep Your Heart
Keep thy heart with all diligence; For out of it are the issues of life. - Proverbs 4:23 KJV
Verse Breakdown
Guard: Guard your heart —God is calling you to be the gatekeeper of your own heart. You can't control what comes at you, but you can control what you allow to stay. Guarding your heart is not hardening your heart — it's protecting what God put in you.
Diligence: With all diligence — not some diligence. This is intentional, daily, consistent protection. The enemy is diligent to attack your heart, so you must be more diligent to guard it with the Word, with worship, and with wisdom.
Source: For out of it ARE— your heart is the source. Your words come from it, your decisions flow from it, your future is shaped by it. What is IN your heart will eventually come OUT of your life.
Life: The issues of life — everything that matters in your life — family, health, purpose, peace — flows from the condition of your heart. When your heart is healed, guarded, and full of the Word, LIFE flows.
Prophetic Word For You Today
Agape Family, the Lord says TODAY guard your heart like never before! I heard the Lord say, "I am healing hearts that have been hurt, but I am also calling you to guard the healing." Somebody has been letting what people said, what they didn't say, disappointment, and old wounds sit in your heart — and God says it has been contaminating your issues of life. What is in your heart is leaking into your home, into your sleep, into your decisions. God says, "Tomorrow starts with a new heart watch." Be diligent — watch what you watch, watch what you listen to, watch who you let speak into your spirit. Not everyone should have access to your heart.
I prophesy: As you keep your heart with all diligence starting tomorrow, God is going to cause LIFE to spring forth! Where there was heaviness, joy will flow. Where there was confusion, wisdom will flow. Where there was lack, provision will flow. Because out of a guarded, God-filled heart comes the issues of LIFE — not death, not defeat, but LIFE! That family situation? Life is flowing to it. Your body? Life is flowing to it. Your purpose at Agape? LIFE is flowing to it. Guard your heart — your next season depends on it!
I declare you are not bitter, you are better! You are not guarded in fear, you are guarded in faith!

Say this out loud: I declare I keep my heart with all diligence! My heart is guarded, not hard! Out of my heart flows LIFE — life to my family, life to my health, life to my purpose! I am guarded in faith, filled with the Word, and life flows from me today!
